Forty Nights of Fire

Forty Nights of Fire is a two month period set aside to intentionally seek the face of Jesus; a season focused singly on the only worthy God (Psalm 134:1-2). To a young adult generation who is being romanced by the counterfeit passions of the night, we stand to provide an environment where one can come and experience the true passions of God's heart.

John was a forerunner who prepared the way of the Lord by becoming a burning and shining lamp in his generation (John 5:35). We are calling young adults ages 18-30 to set aside 2 months of their life to come and burn before the Lord and to intensively seek the face of Jesus. Come and stand in the place of prayer through the watches of the night. Come and experience the true passions of God's heart!

God is presently establishing intercessors in the night watch all over the Earth (Isaiah 62:6–7). The International House of Prayer East Bay has been open since September 18, 2006. The prayer room is open Monday 12am-Friday,4pm, with singers, musicians, dancers, artists, and intercessors standing before the Lord in live worship and prayer.

Interns will participate in the prayer room regularly (Midnight to 6AM), Sunday night Encounter God Services, classes covering themes such as: Intimacy with God, the Bridal

Paradigm, Fasting, Contemplative prayer, Living a focused life, and the End-times.

Weekly Schedule (subject to change):

• Classes and Community time: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings

• Prayer Room: Sunday to Friday (10pm–4AM) [Sunday night to Thursday night]

• Encounter God Service: Sunday Evenings 6PM (includes opportunities to serve in Equipping Children, etc.)

The cost for the 2 month internship is $300 (includes tuition, books and other materials)

For those who require housing during the internship: an additional $1000 (this does not include food and transportation). We ask interns not work in order to get the most of the internship.
